Orders generally ship via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail.
The same rates apply for residential and commercial addresses.
No service to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO .
When Will Your Order Ship
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.
Certain items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PT will ship Tuesday.
Please allow sufficient processing and transit time for event orders.
It may take up to two business days to receive your tracking number.
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available.
Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed.
Holiday seasons may require additional time.
Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately we will attempt to assist in correcting the error.
After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy.
If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping is non-refundable.

How to Return Orders - DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing [email protected], include your order number and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition and in their original package. Return arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser, notify us of the return with the tracking number once the return shipment is moving or received.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee applies. Shipping is non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
Damage/Shortage Claims - Accepted Once per Order
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 10 days of delivery. Claims will not be honored if reported past 10 days of delivery. A photo of the damaged item is required on all damage claims. Claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
There is no additional cost for your replacement. Please wait until you have received your entire order before submitting a claim. We cannot replace items more than once per order and submitting additional claims will result in denial. Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers. Claims are not honored on slight color variations. Submit your claim and photo to [email protected].
All export orders are insured to our US delivery point only. We cannot replace/refund merchandise that has traveled via 3rd party carrier.
